To conclude this phase, we'll extend an initial project cost range and detail any potential challenges the project may pose. If the initial cost proposal is acceptable, we'll then move into the pre-construction phase.
Our pre-construction phase allows our team to dive deep into the details of your project, including detailed specifications and project costing. This phase also includes any drafting and plan modifications to your homes' design. Our planning and selections specialists will work closely with you during this phase to better determine the details you're seeking in your new home, and will develop a full set of specifications outlining every aspect of the project. At the conclusion of this phase, you will have a complete set of build-ready plans, a detailed specifications document, and construction contract proposal.
Once the construction contract is executed, construction can begin. Our project management team will prepare and submit all permit documents, develop a comprehensive project schedule, prepare the site for construction, and coordinate with our trusted subcontractors to bring your home to life. You can expect consistent communication throughout the build process, and are welcome to visit the site to see our quality construction in person.
The final phase of our construction process, this phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
